How do I place my order?
Placing your order just couldn’t be any easier. While you browse the shop, simply click and select any items you wish to buy to automatically add them to your online basket. Once you have finished selecting your products, click on the basket and fill out your delivery details. NB: in making your purchase, you are automatically accepting our terms and conditions and confirming that you are the named purchaser and over 18 years old. If you send false information at this stage then you will be committing an offence. Payments via GoPay using all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Please be aware that your order will not be dispatched until payment is received.
When you receive an ‘order confirmation’ from us, you will know that we have received your order. We will then indicate our acceptance of your order and a contract will exist between us when we send out an invoice.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we do, but not all countries are currently displayed on the online system. So, if your country is not showing, just send us an email and we´ll check how we can get the delivery to you.

What should I do if my delivery is damaged?
Items getting damaged in transit is an extremely rare occurrence as we take every care to ensure that all your items are packed professionally and securely. If you think an item has been damaged, please contact us by email immediately.
We are a VAT-registered company within Europe, can we make a VAT-free purchase?
Yes, we can deduct the VAT from your invoice. When entering your details at the checkout, please enter your VAT number. We will then verify the VAT number and change your total amount payable accordingly.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders of stock items are usually dispatched within 2-3 days. Delivery within Europe usually takes 2-4 working days. If you live outside Europe, you can expect to receive your order within 5-14 working days.
Can I place an order on an item that is out of stock?
Yes. We try to have everything in stock, but sometimes we just get to a situation when we run out of a certain product. It usually takes us just a couple of days to get the item back into stock. In a situation where a long delay does look likely, we would get in touch with you and come up with a solution.
