Fruits are cultivated on appropriate soils and picked when fully ripe.

A natural recipe: just fruit and a few ounces of sugar.

A smooth pasteurization process to preserve the taste and colour of the fruit.

Fruit purees to be stored at room temperature: Variopak 1kg

Ingredients: Blackcurrant purée (90 %), sugar (10 %)

Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 429,1 Kj/101,6 kcal, Fat: 0,467 g, of which saturates: 0,084 g, Carbohydrates: 19,3 g, of which sugars: 15,8 g, Fibre: 7 g, Protein: 0,8 g, Salt: 0,007 g.

Store in a cool, dry place.

After opening, keep refrigerated between 0 and 4°C and consume within a few days.
