    Amatika Blanche 35% is the first purely plant-based white chocolate from the French company Valrhona. With this chocolate, which blends the sweetness of almonds with nutty tones, you will find it as easy to work with as any traditional white chocolate.

    Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter 35.8%, defatted almond flour 21.8%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

    Recommended applications: chocolate bonbons (both dipped and molded), chocolate mousse, ganache, ice cream

    Suitable pairings: violets, rosemary, anise, rhubarb, cherries

    Packaging: The original packaging is available in a 3 kg variant. Smaller packages are weighed and packed by us.

    Amatika 35% has been certified as vegan by the Vegetarian Association of France. This certificate guarantees that it contains no animal products and that no such products are used at any production stage.
