Origin of beans: Cocoa beans from Ivory Coast, mainly Forastero variety

33% Fat free cocoa
Fluidity: 2/5 - less fluid chocolate (not suitable for chocolate bonbons)
Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla aroma.
May contain traces of milk.
