The classical application is giving the jelly-like consistency to jams or marmalades. 

Pectin NH is a thickener primarily used for preparing glazes for fruits tarts and pastries. Pectin NH is thermally reversible - it can be set, re-melted, and set again.


Ingredients: amidated pectin (E440ii), stabilizer: disodium diphosphate (E450i), dextrose, acid: tricalcium phosphate (E341iii). May contain traces of milk and derivatives.
